November 2006. In a national competition co-sponsed by Wired Magazine, the Kohler Company selected the Wagner-Diggs residence Master Bath as grand prize winner. The home, which was built in 2006 in the Stonehouse community, was designed and built by Charles W. Ross, Builder, Inc.

September 2004. “Social Connections” an article in LUXURY HOME BUILDER Magazine recognizes Charles W. Ross Builder in the category Niche Rooms: Kitchen/Entertaining Spaces.

July 2004. Charles W. Ross, Builder, Inc. is named by
DESIGN/BUILD Business Magazine as one of the nation’s leading residential design/build firms.

April 2004. BUILDER Magazine and CUSTOM HOME Magazine recognize the best kitchen and bath designs in the nation at the National Kitchen and Bath Show in Chicago. Charles W. Ross, Builder, Inc. receives a Watermark award (merit) for Best Kitchen in a Custom Home 5,000 sq. ft. and over.

January 2004. Charles W. Ross, Builder, Inc. receives a Best in American Living Award (silver) at the 2004 International Builders Show. The award, presented by PROFESSIONAL BUILDER Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders, was for Best Kitchen in a Custom Home 5,001 sq. ft. and over.

November 2003. CUSTOM HOME Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders present a Pacesetter Award for Management Excellence to Charles W. Ross, Builder, Inc. at the 2003 Custom Home Symposium in Orlando. Only two such awards were presented nationwide in 2003.
